In love with love

Supplies Needed: 

PSP 

Tube of choice. I am using one by Anna Liwanag. Find the tube: here

Cluster frame by me: here

Plugin: Richard Rosenman (scanlines) here

Font here

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate the file and close the original.

Crop and resize, add a white background layer.

Open the tube you want to use. Select two colors and make a gradient.

My choice:

Foreground: #f6d7d1

Background: #ec8a98

Style: linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 2

Invert: unchecked

Select the frame background. Selections - All. Float. Defloat.

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient. 

Adjust - Add Noise: 

Uniform

25 percent

Monochrome

Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Scanlines:

Deselect and delete the original background layer.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it behind the frame.

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 2

O: 30 B: 5

Add your name and copyright.

To animate:

Activate the gardient layer. Selections - All. Float. Defloat.

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient. 

In the layer palette change the opacity to: 70

Deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Scanlines:

Copy merged. Open Animation shop.

Paste as a new animation. Back to psp, undo the effect and apply the effect again

but change the noise to: 45.

Copy merged, in animation shop. paste after current frame.

Repeats the steps 3 more times and change the distance from the plugin to: 

Noise to: 60

Noise to: 80

Noise to: 100.

Now you have 5 frames in animation shop. Select all the frames. 

Animation - Animation Propieties:

Speed: 15.
