Open a new image: 650x550

Open: paper18. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

With the mask layer activated. Resize at 95 percent - Smart Size. 

Merge group. Image - Mirror. Duplicate.  Merge visible.

Open: element44. C/p in the canvas, place it in the center.

With the magic wand, click inside, expand the selection: 5 pixels.

Open: paper06. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it below the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open: element43. C/p in the canvas, resize at 85 percent - Smart Size. 

place it in the center, above the blue frame.

Open: element05. C/p in the canvas, resize at 90 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Flip. Place it in the center.

Open: element06. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 90 degrees. Place it in the bottom right.

Open: element39. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.Duplicate. Image - Flip, arrange it in the bottom left.

Eraser the parts you don't want.

Open the tube c/p in the canvas and place it in the center.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: element60. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 80 degrees. Place it in the bottom right.

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Arrange it in the bottom left.

Open: element14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: element07. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 105 degrees. Place it in the bottom right.

Open: element60. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 90 degrees. Place it in the bottom left.

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. Arrange it in the bottom right.

Open: element01. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Right - 30 degrees. Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element13. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element50. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate - Left - 90 degrees. Place it in the bottom right.

Eraser the parts you don't want.

Open: element67. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: element03. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom center, next to the blue flower.

Open: element21. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element22. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom right.

Open: element56. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Image - Free Rotate - Right - 20 degrees. Place it in the top right.

Open: element15. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top left side of the frame.

Open: element74. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it above the tag.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Close all the layers below the tube. Merge visible the open layers. Rename it: 1. Close it.

Open the closed layers, copy merged. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation. 

Duplicate until you have 17 frames.

Open: SimoneAni 235.mng

Activate the first frame, select all.

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 5 frames. 

Drag into the tag and place it in the center vertically three times.

Back to psp. Open the layer 1 and Copy. Paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Duplicate until you have 17 frames.

Activate the first frame, select all. Drag into the tag and place it where it belongs.

Open: SimoneAni 190.mng

Activate the first frame, select all.

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 5 frames. 

Drag into the tag and place it in the bottom left and in the right side.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 13, play the animation and save if you like! :)

Frühling in Paris

Supplies Needed:

Open a new image: 600x600

Open: Frame4. c/p in the canvas. Resize at: 75 percent - Smart Size.

Select the Ellipse Tool with the settings:

Foreground color: white

Background: null

Make a circle around the frame like this:

Convert to raster layer. Duplicate. Resize at 90 percent - Smart Size. Merge Down.

Add Noise:

Uniform

65 %

Monochrome

Lower the opacity of the layer to: 55. With the magic wand, click inside of the circle.

Selections - Modify - Expand: 10 pixels.

Open: paper 6. c/p in the canvas. Resize at: 50 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Send the layer to the bottom.

Apply shadow to the circles:

V: 0 H: 2

O: 40 B: 4

Open: FlowerScatter. c/p in the canvas. Resize at: 50 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free rotate: Right - 45 Degress.

Place it in the top of the frame.

Open: Bow1, Flower1, Flower2 and Flower3. c/p in the canvas. Resize at: 50 percent - Smart Size. (2x)

Place it above the scatter.

Open: FlowerStem. C/p in the canvas. Resize at: 60 percent - Smart Size. Image - Mirror. Place it in the right side of the frame.

Open: FlowerBud1 and FlowerBud2. C/p in the canvas. Resize at: 50 percent - Smart Size. Image - Free rotate: Right - 20 Degress.

Place it in the stern.

open the tube. C/p in the canvas. Resize if is needed. Arrange it in the image.

Apply Drop shadow:

V: 4 H: 5

O: 40 B: 6

Add elements from the kits to decorate. C/p in the canvas,  resize and place them were you like:

Bear

bird1

Bird2

Butterflies

Feather

Pillow

Apply Drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 4

O: 25 B: 7

Add the wordart. c/p in the canvas, Send to bottom, Duplicate the layer. arrange the layer between the frame and the paper. Change the blend mode to: Overlay.

With the eraser tool remove the excess of the wordart outside the frame.

Deselect. Apply Drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 50 B: 4

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

Magick in the woods

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice. I'm using one by Lia (FTU) 

Magic in the woods (PTU) by WickedPrincess Scraps here

Open a new image: 600x600

Activate the picture tube tool in psp select the Lawn or grass tube.

Make a base of lawn in your canvas. Like this:

I did a small base. Duplicate. Image - Flip. Merge  Visible.

Open: WP_MITW_WOOD. Resize. C/p in the canvas and place it in the left side.

Open: WP_MITHW_MUSHROOMHOUSE3. C/p in the canvas and place it in the right side.

Open: WP_MIW_TREE2 and WP_MIW_TREE3.C/p in the canvas and place it next to the house.

Open: WP_MITW_ROCK3. C/p in the canvas and place it behind the house, duplicate and place it behind the wood log.

Open the tube, I've used a seated girl. Apply shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 50 B: 7

Resize and place it above the wood. Now start to decorate with the elements of the kit:
