Font here

Open a new image: 600x550.

Selections - All. Open: paper14.jpg. Copy and paste into the selection.

Deselect. Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

Merge group.

Open: element23. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top center. In the layer palette change the opacity to: 40.

Open: element04. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: element30. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element30. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 40 degrees. Place it in the left side. 

Open: element31. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the center.

Open the tube, C/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the left centered side.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: element08. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: element20. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate: Right - 43 degrees. Place it in the bottom center.

Open: element14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: element58. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element21. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: element51. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom  center. Dupliacate and move it to the left.

Open: element19. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the middle left side.

Open: element81. C/p in the canvas. Place it in the center.

Open: element44. C/p in the canvas. Place it in the left side.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Copy merged the tag. Open animation shop: 

Paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 16 frames.

Open: SimoneAni73-TheBlingSeries-003.psd

Animation - Select All.

Animation - Cull Animation - Remove 1 frame every 2 frames.

Drag into the tag and place it in the center, above the angel's cloud.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white.

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 12, play the animation and save if you like! :)

Open a new image: 650x550.

Add a new layer. Selections - All. 

Open: BIBIROMANPAPERS (6). Copy and paste in the selection. Deselect.

Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

With the mask layer active. Resize at 105 percent - Smart Size. Merge group.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (32). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the top left.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (86). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the left side.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (72). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top right.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (81). C/p in the canvas, resize at 65 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top right.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (75). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left. With the magic wand click inside of the frame and expand the selection: 10 pixels.

Open the tube. C/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the center.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect. Merge down the frame and close up.

Place it in the right side.

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (31). C/p in the canvas, place it in the center.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Close all the layers below the element: BIBIROMAN ELEMENTS (81). (with this layer included)

Merge visible all the open layers. Rename it: 1. Close it.

Open the closed layers. Copy merged.

Open animation shop and paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 17 frames.

Open: SimoneAni461-MNG.mng

Activate the first frame, select all. 

Animation - Cull Animation - Remove 1 frame every 5 frames.

Drag into the tag and place it twice, first in the left side and in the bottom right.

Back to psp. Open the layer 1 and copy and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Duplicate until you have 17 frames.

Activate the first frame, select all. Drag into the tag and place it where it belongs.
