Open a new image: 600x550.

Open paper: 4. C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:

Merge group.

Open: Halftone 1. C/p in the canvas, place it in the center.

Open: Frame 2. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Merge down.

With the magic wand click outside the frames, Selections - Invert.

Selections - Modify - Contract: 2 pixels.

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it below the left frame, duplicate

and move it to the right. Merge down the layers. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

In the layer palette change the blend mode: Luminance.

Open: Sparkles. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Merge down. Duplicate. Image - Flip.

Open the main the c/p in the canvas, place it in the center, resize if it's needed.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: Speakers. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: Ribbon. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left. Image - Free Rotate: Left - 40 degrees. 

Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: Star 2.  C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left, above the speakers, duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Arrange it in the top right side.

Open: Boots. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left, above the speakers. 

Open: Cocktail. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: Condom. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right, more to the center side.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (23). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Place it in the right side.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (11). c/p in the canvas, colorize to match the tube.

Place it in the center.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas place it in the center and resize if it's needed.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Place it above the tube.

Place it above the keyboard

Place it in the bottom left side of the canvas.

Place it in the right side, next to the champagne bottle

Place it in the right side, behind the shoe and bottle.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (51). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center, behind the shoe layer.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (47). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left next to the candle.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (2). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center, behind the speaker.

Place it in the bottom center, above the pearls.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow, except to the masks.

Open a new image: 600x500

Open paper: SR-Paper7. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.
Layers - Load Masks:
gemsmasks-134.

Merge Group.

Open: SR-Element19. C/p In the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.
Image - Free Rotate - Left 90 degrees. Place it in the center.

With the magic wand click inside of the frames.
Selections - Modify - Expand by: 5 pixels.

Open paper: SR-Paper6. C/p in the canvas, place it behind the frame.
Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it above the paper, below the frames.
Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Do the same for the paper layer. Deselect.

Colorize the close up to black and white and change the blend mode to: Darken in the layer palette.

Open: SR-Element3. C/p In the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.
Place it at the bottom of the frame.

Open: SR-Element9. C/p In the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice
Place it at the bottom, to the left side of the teddy bear.

Open: SR-Element4. C/p In the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice
Place it at the bottom, next to the small vial.

Open: SR-Element2. C/p In the canvas, resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.
Place it at the bottom, to the right side of the teddy bear.

Open: SR-Element14. C/p In the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.
Place it at the bottom left side, move the layer above the mask.
Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Place it in the top right of the frame.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed.
Place it next to the frames. 
Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

 

Open: Open: SR-Element13. C/p In the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.
Place it behind the tube in the middle.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow:
Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

 

Add your name and copyright info. Merge visible, copy and paste as a new image, export as png or jpg.

To animate:

Grab the magic wand:

 

With patience, start clicking in the white spaces of the masked paper:

 

Select the parts of your choice, duplicate 2 more times. Hide the copies.

Activate the original mask layer.

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Uniform
55 percent
Monochrome

Activate the first copy, don't open.

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Uniform
65 percent
Monochrome

Activate the last copy:
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Uniform
60 percent
Monochrome

Deselect and copy merged.

Open animation shop, paste as a new animation.
Back to psp, close the original mask layer and open the first copy.
Copy merged, in animation shop: paste after current frame.
Repeat with the last copy.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties
Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected :)
If you like  it save and you're done.

Open a new image: 600x200.

Selections - All.

Open paper: 10. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 85 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Invert. Deselect.

Open: Tree 4. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's neded. Place it in the left side.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: Star Topper. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Rename the layer: Star 1 - Left. 

Duplicate and place it almost at the bottom. Rename the layer: Star 3 - Left. 

Duplicate once more and rename: Star 5 - Left

Duplicate. Image - Free Rotate: right 25 degrees. Place it between the stars: 1 & 3.

Rename it: Star 2 - Left. Duplicate and place it in the left bottom corner.

Duplicate each star layer. Image - Mirror and rename them as: 

Star 1 - Right

Star 2 - Right

Star 3 - Right

Star 4 - Right

Star 5 - Right

Open: Sleigh 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom right. 

Open: Packages 2. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right, below the sleigh.

Open: Packages 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom, next to the first packages.

Open: Lantern 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: Bird. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center, next to the lantern.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

I've applied shadow to all the elements except the stars.

Add a frame, the name and copyright info.

To animate

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 1 - Left

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 5 - Right

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Copy Merged.

Open animation shop, paste as a new animation.

Back to psp, close the duplicated layers.

Open the next: Star 2 - Left and Star 4 - Right

Duplicate each one, in the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame.

Repeats this steps matching the stars:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 3 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 3 - Right

Next:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 4 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 2 - Right

and finally:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 5 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 1 - Right

Always remember to close the previous duplicated layers open.

Close all the duplicate layers, copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame. Twice.

Back to psp, open all the duplicated layers (blend mode: overlay).

animation shop, paste before current frame, between the normal frames.

Change the speed to: 13 

Play the animation if you like, save and you're done :)

Open the template. Duplicate and close the original file.

Delete the layer: credits

Activate the background layer.

Effects - Plugins - Eye candy 4000 - Marble:

Make a gradient with two  colors from your tube:

My choice:

Foreground: #4b2d21

Background: #90685a

Style: Linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 1

Invert: unchecked

Activate the layer: rectangle 1 background.

Selections - All float - Defloat. 

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient. Deselect.

Effects - Reflection effects - FeedBack:

Remove any excess outside the frame.

Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather:

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. 

Arange it behind the top right rectangle.

delete the layer: rectangle 2 background

Activate the layer: rectangle frames.

Selections - All float - Defloat. 

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient. 

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 0

O: 100 B: 5

Apply twice.

Activate the layer: lines.

Selections - All float - Defloat. 

Add a new layer, floodfill with a dark color: #4b2d21. 

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Add drop shadow:

V: 3 H: 3

O: 80 B: 4

Activate the layer: wordart mini.

Selections - All float - Defloat. 

Add a new layer, floodfill with the color: #ad9b77

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Activate the layer: wordart

Selections - All float - Defloat. 

Add a new layer, floodfill with the color: #90685a.

delete the original layer.

Add a new layer. 

Effects - 3D effects - Cutout:

Deselect and activate the text layer.

Add drop shadow:

V: 1 H: 4

O: 75 B: 7

Add your name and copyright.

To animate:

Open (if it's closed) the layer: blinkie 1

Activate the layer: Background

Effects - Distortion Effects - Ripple

Copy merged. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp, undo the ripple, apply again but change:

Settings

Amplitude: 10

Wavelength: 48

hide the layer: blinkie 1 and open the next (blinkie 2), copy merged, paste after current frame in animation shop.

Back to psp,undo the ripple effects, apply for the last time:

Settings

Amplitude: 11

Wavelength: 54

hide: blinkie 2 and open the layer, blinkie 3. Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame.

Change the speed to: 13 

You're done!

Open the tube. Select two colors and make a gradient.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat. Delete the layer.

Add a new layer, flood fill with the gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Radial Mirror:

Duplicate the layer. Apply Gaussian Blur: Radius 3 pixels.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: overlay.

Merge down the layers. Duplicate again.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen.

Change the opacity to: 60 or 70.

merge down.

Open one of the closeup of the tube. c/p in the canvas, resize if it's necessary.

C/p a few times to cover the rectangle.

Merge the layers.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert, again.

Selections - Modify - Expand: 5 pixels,

Add a new layer, floodfill with a light color: #fff9a9

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise: 

Uniform

70 percent

Monochrome

Move the layer to the bottom.

Activate the layer: wordart (colorize if it's needed)

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Glass:

From the settings menu apply: Clear glass and change this settings only:

Activate the layer: brush by agi (colorize if it's needed)

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Luminance

Time to add shadow:

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's necessary. Place it in the right side.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and copyright. Merge visible, c/p as a new image.

Export as a png or jpg.
