Font here

Open a new image: 600x550.

Open paper: 4. C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:

Merge group.

Open: Halftone 1. C/p in the canvas, place it in the center.

Open: Frame 2. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Merge down.

With the magic wand click outside the frames, Selections - Invert.

Selections - Modify - Contract: 2 pixels.

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it below the left frame, duplicate

and move it to the right. Merge down the layers. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

In the layer palette change the blend mode: Luminance.

Open: Sparkles. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Merge down. Duplicate. Image - Flip.

Open the main the c/p in the canvas, place it in the center, resize if it's needed.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: Speakers. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: Ribbon. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left. Image - Free Rotate: Left - 40 degrees. 

Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: Star 2.  C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left, above the speakers, duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Arrange it in the top right side.

Open: Boots. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left, above the speakers. 

Open: Cocktail. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: Condom. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right, more to the center side.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and the copyright info. Export as a png or jpg :)

Open a new image: 630x500

Open the paper: 3. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Layers - Load mask: gemsmasks - 72

Merge group. Image -  Flip.

Duplicate the layer. 

Effects - Plugins -  Xero - Radiance

Default settings.

Open: Grassy Hill.png. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 85 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the canvas.

Open: Frame 2. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the top the hill. With the magic wand click inside of the frames. 

Selections - Modify - Expand: 10 pixels.

Open the paper: 3. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it behind the frame. 

Opent he closeup of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the frame.

Effects - Plugins -  Xero - Porcelain:

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Hard Light.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear to remove the excess. Do the same for the paper.

Deselect.

Open: Berry Sprig 1. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center of the canvas. Rotate: 35 degrees to right.

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Copies:

Move the layer above the mask.Arrange around the frame:

Duplicate. Resize at 90 percent. Image - Flip.

Result:

Open: Leaves 1. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left bottom corner of the frame. Duplicate and move more to the left.

Open: Flower 1.  C/p in the canvas. Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom left corner of the frame, above the leaves.

Open: Flower 2.  C/p in the canvas. Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it next to the first flower.

Open: Wheelbarrel. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side of the hill.

Open: Critter 1. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the wheelbarrel.

Open: Critter 2. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it next to the wheelbarrel.

Open: Scattered Petals. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center. Rotate: 90 degrees to right.

Open: Mushrooms 1. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the right side of the hill.

Open: Mushroom 1. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it below the mushrooms.

Open: Moth. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the top left corner of the frame. Rotate: 25 degrees to left.

Add more elements the tag:

Fruit 1

Fruit 2

Pinecones

Sharpen the elements, apply Shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the canvas. 

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

Open the template. Duplicate the file and close the original.

Delete the layer: by missy

Image - Canvas Size: 650x450

Activate the layers: dotted circle1 and dotted circle2 

Colorize to match your tag. 

merge down the layers. Duplicate. 

Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Activate the layer: thin rectangle3.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat. Delete the layer.

Add a new layer, flood fill with a color from the tube, my choice: #ff6fa8

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Deselect.

Activate the layer: thin rectangle2.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat. Delete the layer.

Add a new layer, flood fill with a color from the tube, my choice: #fff081.

Selections - Modify - Contract: 4 pixels.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise: 

Random

10 percent

Monochrome

Do the same for the layer: thin rectangle1

Open the tube. Select two colors and make a gradient.

My choice:

Foreground: #d22463

Background: #fff9a9

Style: linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 0

Invert: unchecked

Activate the layer: Rectangle.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat. Delete the layer.

Add a new layer, flood fill with the gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Radial Mirror:

Reflections: 2

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Twister:

Duplicate the layer. Apply Gaussian Blur: Radius 3 pixels.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: overlay.

Merge down the layers. Duplicate again.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen.

Change the opacity to: 60 or 70.

merge down.

Open one of the closeup of the tube. c/p in the canvas, resize if it's necessary.

C/p a few times to cover the rectangle.

Merge the layers.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert, again.

Selections - Modify - Expand: 5 pixels,

Add a new layer, floodfill with a light color: #fff9a9

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise: 

Uniform

70 percent

Monochrome

Move the layer to the bottom.

Activate the layer: wordart (colorize if it's needed)

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Glass:

From the settings menu apply: Clear glass and change this settings only:

Activate the layer: brush by agi (colorize if it's needed)

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Luminance

Time to add shadow:

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's necessary. Place it in the right side.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and copyright. Merge visible, c/p as a new image.

Export as a png or jpg.

You're done :D
