Open the template, Shift + D, close the original.

Delete the layer: copyright.

Now I will start from the bottom. 

Activate the layer: Rectangles. Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (1). Copy - Paste. Selections -Invert. 

Edit - Clear. Deselect. Delete the original layer.

Activate the layer: small sqaures. Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (9). Copy - Paste. Selections -Invert. 

Edit - Clear. Deselect. Delete the original layer.

Open, Copy - Paste, as a new layer, Sharpen after resize these elements from the kit:

Activate the layer: main part. Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (10). Copy - Paste. Selections -Invert. 

Edit - Clear. Deselect. Delete the original layer.

Activate the layer: large circle. Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (2). Copy - Paste. Selections - Invert. 

Edit - Clear.Delete the original layer. 

Open the close up of the tube. Copy - Paste. Selections - Invert. 

Edit - Clear. Selections -Invert. Don't Deselect.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (4). Copy - Paste. Selections - Invert. 

Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. Selections - Modify - Contract by: 10.

Edit - Clear and deselect.

Do the same for the layer: small circle.

Activate the closeup from the left circle. Change the blend mode to overlay.

Duplicate and change the blend mode to hard light. Adjust - blur - blur.

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Moire Mirror:

Moirgnitude 3

Activate the closeup from the right circle. Change the blend mode to overlay.

Duplicate. Adjust - blur - blur more.

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Moire Mirror:

Open, Copy - Paste, as a new layer, Sharpen after resize these elements from the kit:

Activate the layer: wordart

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Noise:

Random

7 percent

monochrome

Open - Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it. 

Move it to the center of your tag and apply drop shadow:

V: 3 H: 4

O: 65 B: 6

Add your name and copyright. info. Merge visible. Copy, paste as new image

Save as png or jpg.

Open: Lovely Autumn Papers (11). Copy - Paste as a new layer.  

Layers - Load mask: DBG_002 - Merge group.

Open: deco circle (3). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Arrange it over the mask

Open: lazos (2). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Resize at 50 - Smart Size. Move it to the left corner.

Open the tube. Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Rezise if needed arrange it in the center.

Duplicate. Adjust - Blur - Average:

Filter Aperture: 7

Apply: Xero - Bad Dream:

Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

select the original tube layer and aplly drop shadow:

Apply drop shadow:

Effects - Plugins - Lokas Software - Crude Metal:

Duplicate and Change the blend mode to Hard Light

Select the original name layer and apply the same shadow used for the elements.

Add the copyright info. Save now as jpg or png.

You're done!
