Open a new image: 620x500

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (39) and (40).C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center, move the element 40 like this:

Merge visible. With the magic wand click inside, Selections - Modify - Expand: 10 pixels.

Add a new layer, floodfill with a color from the kit or tube: #b48471

Duplicate 4 more times. Rename the layers: 1,2,3,4 and 5. Close them, in the layer palette click in the eye.

Do not deselect and activate the first one.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Peacock:

Activate the layer: 2. Do not open.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Peacock:

Activate the layer: 3. Do not open.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Peacock:

Activate the layer: 4. Do not open.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Peacock:

Activate the layer: 5. Do not open.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Peacock:

Add a new layer, rename it: overlay, floodfill with the same color.

Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather:

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: lighten.

Open the close up place it inside the frame, remove the excess and deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - ShadowLab:

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (84). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side behind the frame.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (90). C/p in the canvas, place it at the bottom of the frame.

Remove the excess.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (6).  C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the hearts.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (44). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Place it in the top left side of the frame. Duplicate, Image - Flip.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (70).C/p in the canvas, place it at the bottom of the frame in the right.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (77). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: 10 degrees left. Place it at the top of the frame. Duplicate. Image - Flip.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (79). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: BIBI SANTASBABY ELEMENTS (86). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Make a selection around one of the flowers, drag it in the right side of the frame, do the same for the other flower.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed. Place it in the left.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - ShadowLab:

Add more elements to decorate:

Sharpen the elements, apply Shadow:

Add copyright and your name. 

To animate:

If you have the layer 1 open, copy merged. Open animation shop. Paste as a new animation.

Back to psp, open the layer 2, there's no need to close layer 1 but do it anyways :P

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame. 

Repeat with the layers: 3,4 & 5.

In animation shop, select all the layers, change the speed to 17.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected :)

If you like  it save and you're done.

Play the animation, save if you like it!

**Optional:

Export all the frames in psp and apply: Xero - Radiance to all the frames:

Update the animation and save :)
