Open a new image: 600x200.

Selections - All. 

Open the paper: SNP-eve-papers01. C/p as a new layer. Selections -  Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Duplicate. Effects - Texture Effects - Sandstone:

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Soft Light.

Open: SNP-eve-elements57. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side.

Open: SNP-eve-elements52.C/p in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the tree.

Open: SNP-eve-elements54. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the bottom left.

Open: SNP-eve-elements12. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it at the bottom of the tree.

Open: SNP-eve-elements11. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it at the bottom next to the first present.

Open: SNP-eve-elements34.C/p in the canvas, Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it at the bottom between the boxes.

Open: SNP-eve-elements63. C/p in the canvas.

Place it at the bottom behind the presents.

Open: SNP-eve-elements60. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it at the bottom next to the presents.

Open: SNP-eve-elements39. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it at the bottom next to the cupcake.

Open: SNP-eve-elements37. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 25 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it at above the handfan.

Open: SNP-eve-elements04. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the right side.

Open the tube. c/p in the canvas. Resize if it's needed and place it in the right side.

Open: SNP-eve-elements08. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Free Rotate: 90 degrees - Right. Place it in the top right.

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Place it in the left side.

Merge down. Duplicate. Image Flip.

Apply shadow to the elements.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and copyright info. Merge visible.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Porcelain:

To animate:

Copy merged the banner and paste as a new animation in Animation Shop.

Duplicate until you have 12 frames.

Open: smalltwinkle_bymissy. Resize at 70 percent - Bicubic.

Drag the twinkle to the banner and place it where you like it, I added 3 times in different places.

Play the animation and save as a gif :)
