Open a new image: 650x550

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS PAPERS (11). C/p in the canvas, resize at 85 percent - Smart Size.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

Merge group. Duplicate. Merge Visible.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (47). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (53). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (102). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 15 Degrees. Place it in the left side.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (35). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center.

With the magic wand click inside of the frames, expand the selection: 10 pixels.

Add a new layer.

Open the paper: BIBIMAGICLOTUS PAPERS (9). Copy and paste into the selection.

Open the close up of the tube and paste in each frame in different sizes. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear.

Deselect. 

Activate the frame layer, with the magic wand click inside the right side frame.

Activate the close up layer.

Effects - Plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frames:

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (40). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the right side close up. Selections - Invert. Edit Clear Deselect.

Activate the frame layer. 

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (81). C/p in the canvas and place it at the bottom right of the frame.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (29). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom left.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (92). C/p in the canvas.

Place it at the bottom left, in the corner of the frame. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Duplicate and place it at the center top. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (30). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: Right - 90 Degrees. Place it in the right side frame.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (59). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Place it at the bottom right of the frame.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (23). C/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the handfan.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (55). C/p in the canvas, resize at 75 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom right.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (8). C/p in the canvas. Image - Free Rotate: Left - 10 Degrees.

Place it in the center, between the frames.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (64). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the top right, above the frame.

Open: Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (42). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the top right, above the branches.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (56). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom left.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (90). C/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom left, in front of the tea set.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (71).  C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in front of the tea set.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (49). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center, between the frames. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Arrange it.

Open the tube, C/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the center of the frames.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (87). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Place it at the bottom left, above the tea set.

Open: BIBIMAGICLOTUS ELEMENTS (2). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above of the tea set.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Activate the frame layer. 

With the magic wand click inside of the left frame: expand the selection: 5 pixels.

Add 3 new layers and move them below the frames.

Rename the layer: 1,2 and 3.

Activate the layer: 1

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Water Drops:

Apply the same plugin to the layers: 2 and 3, but change the random seed.

Deselect and activate the layer: 1. 

Adjust - Blur - Motion Blur:

Apply to the layers: 2 and 3. Close this layers and with only the layer: 1 open. Copy merged.

Open animation shop, paste as a new animation. Back to psp, close it and open the layer: 2.

Copy merged. In animation shop, paste after current frame. Repeat with the layer: 3.

Activate the first frame, select all. Copy, click in the last frame and paste after current frame.

Continue until you have 21 frames.

Activate the first frame, select all. 

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 3 frames. 

Animation - Mirror. Activate the first frame, select all. 

Drag the animation into the tag and place it at the bottom center.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 14, play the animation and save if you like! :)
