Open a new image: 650x600

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (5). C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

With the mask layer activated: Resize at 90 percent - Smart Size.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: Radius: 5 pixels.

Merge group. Duplicate. Merge visible.

Add a new layer. Selections - All. 

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (6). Copy and paste into selection. 

Deselect. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

Merge group. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. Duplicate. Merge down.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (30). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the right side. With the magic wand click inside the window frames.

Selections - Modify - Expand by: 10 pixels.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (8).  C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Move the layer behind the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (59). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the center of the window.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (71). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in front of the moon.

Activate the top layer.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (41). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it above the window.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (80). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the right top corner of the windows frame.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (1). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the right top corner of the windows frame. Duplicate and merge down.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (72). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right side of the frame. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Arrange it in the left side of the window.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (56). C/p in the canvas. Duplicate and activate the original: resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right side of the frame. Activate the duplicated layer. Image - Mirror.

Resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Arrange it in the bottom left side of the window.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (70). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom left. 

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (74). C/p in the canvas, place it in the left above the tree.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (81). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top left, above the tree. Copy and paste as a new selection and paste it two more times around the canvas.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (67). C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left in front of the tree. 

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (31). C/p in the canvas, resize at 85 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left. 

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (52). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top of the hill. Copy and paste as a new selection, paste it again above the hill.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (32). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (34). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (9). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it above the small hill in the right side.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (79). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it at the bottom center.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (26). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it above the mushroom.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (54). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it next to the mushroom.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (51). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Flip. Image - Free Rotate: Left - 20 degrees. Place it at the bottom center.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (37). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right corner.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (22). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (23). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right corner of the window frame.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (78). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom left side.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (7). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Image - Flip. Image - Free Rotate: Left - 20 degrees. Place it at the bottom left corner.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (8). C/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it at the bottom left, next to the horse shoe.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (36). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it above the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (36). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left corner, next to the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (47). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left corner, next to the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (24). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (43). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top right side. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Arrange it in the left side.

Open the tube c/p in the canvas and place it in the left side, in front of the tree.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (53). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the right side, above the green doodle.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (44). C/p in the canvas, Place it in the right side of the windows.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Activate the sun layer (BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (71)).

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Bright Noise:

Copy merged. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back to psp, undo the effect and apply again and change the intensity to: 28

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame. Repeat two more times. (4 frames in total)

Frame 3 - Intensity: 24

Frame 34 - Intensity: 17

Activate the first frame, select all. Copy, click in the last frame and paste after current frame.

Continue until you have 20 frames.

Open: SimoneAni57-Clovers.psd

Activate the first frame, select all. 

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 3 frames. 

Drag the animation into the tag, place it  into the bottom right corner.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 11, play the animation and save if you like! :)
