Supplies Needed: 

PSP 

Tube of choice. I am using one by SweetPinup. You can find the tube here

Cluster frame by me made with the scrap Curiouz by Bibi's Collections : here

Plugin: Funhouse here

Plugin: Penta dot here

Font here

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate and close the original file.

Resize if you want.

Delete the layer: Info

Make a gradient with two colors from the tube. my choice: 

Foreground: #fdf6a9

Background: #ffdd3f

Repeats: 2

Style: Sunburst

Invert: uncheked

Activate the layer: background. Selections - All. Float and Defloat.

Add a new layer. Floodfill with the gradient. Delete the background layer.

*Do not deselect* 

Effects - Plugins - Funhouse - Sierpenski's Mirror:

Effects - Plugins - Penta - Color dot:

*Do not deselect*. Selections: Modify - Contract by: 3 pixels.

Selections: Modify - Feather: 10 pixels

 Open the tube or closeup, c/p in the canvas, resize if needed.

Duplicate 2 more times and arrange it to cover the frame:

Remove the excess of each tube. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear in each layer. (3 or 4 times)

Deselect. select the tubes from the center and right side. In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen

Like this:

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
