Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Joahannah von Frankenstein. Purchase it: here

Open the template. Duplicate the file and close it.

Delete the layer:

Image - Canvas Size:

600x600 pixels.

Make a gradient with two colors from the tube or kit:

Foreground: #9c407b

Background: #171725

Angle: 0

Repeats: 1

Invert: Unchecked

Style: linear

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient. Apply the mask: Vix_Mask326. Merge group. 

Activate the layer: shape.

Floodfill with the color: #14171e.

Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Scanlines:

Select the magic wand tool with these settings:

Select the first black line from the shape:

Go to: Selections - Modify -Select Color Range:

Now all the lines are selected. You can apply noise to them or

Selections - Invert.

Add noise:

Gaussian

Noise Percent: 25

Monochrome: checked 

Deselect.

Activate the layer: circle.

Floodfill with the gradient but: Invert: Checked

Add noise:

Random

Noise Percent: 40

Monochrome: checked 

Open the closeup of the tube, c/p in the canvas and paste it in every circle. Contract the selection by: 3 pixels.

In the lyer palette change the blend mode of the closeup layers to: Luminance. 

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Default settings

Select the circles layer.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient glow:

Open the main tube, resize if you like. Place it in the right side of the tag.

Duplicate, apply gaussian blur: Radius: 3 

In the lyer palette change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Select the original tube layer

Add drop shadow:

V: -2 H: 5

O: 55 B: 8

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
