Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice. Art by Xketch from TPP. Purchase it: here

Pattern Square by me here  (jpg colored and grey scale) **new link here

Plugins:

Simple (Diamonds)

Brush Strokes (Crosshatch and Spatter)

Graphics Plus (Cross Shadows)

Font here

Open a new image: 600x200.

Open the brown pattern. Select in your materials.

if you use a tube of your choice, open the second pattern.

Floodfill the canvas with the pattern.

Effects - Plugins - Simple - Diamonds.

Duplicate the layer and close it.

Activate the orignal. Rename it: Background 1

Grab the magic wand, click in one of the lighter rectangles.

Hold the shift key to make a multiple selection, do it until you have them all select:

Effects - Plugins - Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:

Effects - Plugins - Brush Strokes - Spatter:

Selections - Invert. Duplicate the layer 4 more times and rename it:

Background 2

Background 3

Background 4

Background 5

Close all these copies for now.

With the original background 1 layer. 

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow:

Select the layer: Background 2

you don't have to open the layer (click in the eye) to apply the effect.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow:

and change this diagonal, for every background layer:

Background 2 ---> Diagonal: 74

Background 3 ---> Diagonal: 123

Background 4 ---> Diagonal: 180

Background 5 ---> Diagonal: 139

Those were the setting I used for my tag.

Deselect.

Open the copy you did at the begging.

Image - Mirror. Again with the magic wand click inside of the the lighter rectangles.

Selections - Modify - Color range:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Random

20 percent

Monochrome

Deselect. In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: hard light.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize and place it in the left side. 

Duplicate, apply gaussian blur: radius by: 2 pixels.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Soft Light

Add a new layer. Selections - All. Floodfill with the pattern.

Selections - Modify - Contract by: 5 pixels. Edit Clear. Deselect.

**Optional with the magic wand select the light parts of the frame and add noise.

Add copyright and your name.

To animate: 

Edit - Copy Merged the banner. Open Animation Shop. 

Paste as a new animation. Back to psp.

Open the layer (click on the eye): Background 2

Copy Merged. Go to animation shop, paste after current frame. 

Do the same with the layers: 

Background 3

Background 4

Background 5

In animation shop. Select all the frames. 

Animation - Frames Properties:

Change the speed to: 17 or less.

Play the animation if you like save it :)

Open a new image: 650x450

Open: gp_ee10.C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent (smart size).

Place it in the center.

With the magic wand, click inside. Expand by: 5 pixels.

Open: gp_pp9. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent (smart size).

Move the layer below the frame. Do not deselect.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it inside the frame.

Select. Duplicate the layer. 

Adjust - Blur - Blur More:

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Merge down the layers. Selections - Invert.  Edit - Clear.

Deselect.

Open: gp_pp7. C/p in the canvas. Send this layer to the bottom.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Duplicate the layer. 

Effects - Texture effects - Fur:

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Multiply.

Merge down this layers.

Layers - Load mask: gemsmasks-174

Merge group. 

Open: gp_ee14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 85 percent (smart size).

Place it above the mask and behind the frame like this:

Open: gp_ee14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent (smart size).

Image - Flip. Place it in the left bottom corner. Duplicate.

Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Add more elements the tag:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

Open the cluster. Duplicate the original file and close the original.

Resize and move the cluster to the bottom

Open the tube you want to use. Select two colors and make a gradient.

My gradient:

Foreground: #61ef35

Background: #7b0c99

Style: linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 1

Invert: checked

Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Color dot:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Gaussian

15 percent

Monochrome

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave:

With the magic wand:

Click inside of one of the squares

Selections - Modify - Select color range:

And select one of the squares to pick the exact color.

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Random

10 percent

Monochrome

Add a new layer. 

Effects - 3d Effects - Cutout:

Deselect and merge this layers. Duplicate the background.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 1

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay. merge down.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize and place it in the center.

Effects - Plugins - Muras Meister - Copies:

Change the blend mode to: Luminance legacy.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Bad Dream:

Merge the background with the tube layer.

With the rectangle tool:

Foreground: #7b0c99

Background: none

Make one around the background:

Convert to a raster layer. With the magic wand, click inside.

Selections - Modify - Expand by: 5 pixels.

Selections - Invert. Activate the background. Edit clear deselect.

Activate the frame. 

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Random

35 percent

Monochrome

Add drop shadow:

V: -2 H: 2

O: 60 B: 5

C/p the tube again and paste it above the cluster and in the left side.

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

Extras: Angel of Desires

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice. I am using one by Aivelin PFD. Find her art: here

Cluster frame by me. Scrap Angel Desires by Inzpired Creationz: here

Plugin:

Font here

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate the file, close the original.

Resize if you want. Add a white background and send it to the bottom.

Make a gradient with colors from your tube:

Foreground: #2b102a

Background: #c0628f

Style: linear

Angle: 45

Repeats: 2

Invert: unchecked

Activate the background. Selections - All.Float.Defloat.

Add a new layer flood fill with the gradient. Duplicate and apply:

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Bubbles:

Delete the original background layer.

Open the tube or closeup, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

When you have your tube, place it where you want it. 

With your selection tool, set as rectangle, you can make a rectangle in the middle like this:

Add a new layer, flood fill with the gradient.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Apply blinds again, but change the width to: 2

Deselect.

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 0

O: 60 B: 14

Apply twice.

I wrote the word: Exited. 

Font: Pixelette 

Size: 8 pixels

Anti - alias: off

Color: #2b102a (background)

And c/p several times and place it in the rectangle.

Now add your name and copyright. Export now as a jpg or png, if you want a non animated tag.

To animate:

Activate the duplicate layer of the gradient.

Effects - Distortion Effect - Wave:

Edit - Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation. 

Back to psp. Undo the wave effect.

apply again but change in:

Vertical Displacement

Wavelength: 12

Ok. Copy merged. Paste after current frame.

Continue applying the effect and changing the wavelength

to: 12,14,16,18 and 20.

Or less if you like. Change the speed of the frames to: 16.

Play it, save if you're happy :)

You're done!

Font here

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate the file.

Close the original and resize the copy.

Activate the background. Selection all. Float. Defloat.

Add a new layer.

Make gradient to combine with your tube.

My choice:

Foreground: #eb00ce

Background: #700373

Style: linear

Angle: 45

Repeats: 2

Invert: checked

Flood fill the selection with the gradient.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope: 

Copy. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Back to psp,do not undo the effect.

Apply the kaleidoscope effect again.

In animation shop, paste after current frame.

back to psp. Apply the kaleidoscope effect again.

Go to animation shop, paste after current frame.

To animate:

Select the first frame, c/p after the last one:

Activate the first frame in animation shop. 

Effects - Insert Image Transition:

Activate the second original frame (now frame 14)

Apply the same effect.

Activate the third original frame (now frame 27)

Apply the same effect.

Now you will have 40 frame. That's a lot for me lol

Select all the frames and go to: 

Animation - Cull animation:

20 frames and the effect looks nice :)

Create a new animation with the size of your original tag.

Select the color of your choice for the background, duplicate until you have 20 frames.

Back to psp. Hide the layer with the effect.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it in the right side.

Add drop shadow:

V: -1 H: 3

O: 55 B: 8

Add your name and copyright. Copy merged.

In animation shop, paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 20 frames.

Add your background animation to the blank canvas you've created.

I had to do it several times because it's not in the center, so try it until you get it right.

Select the top part of your tag, activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

Play the animation. If you like save and you're done.
