Supplies Needed:

Psp and Animation Shop

No tube needed. The tube I've used belongs to the scrapkit.

Eyecandy 4000

Dsb Flux

Font here

Open a new image: 650x500

Open: element55. c/p in the canvas, resize at 90 percent- Smart Size.

Place it in the center, with the magic wand click outside of the frame, hold the shift key

in the keyboard and click inside the frame:

Selections - Invert. Selections - Modify - Expand: 3

Open paper: paper05. c/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear.

Activate the frame layer, click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand: 3.

Open paper: paper09. c/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Open paper: paper10. C/p in the canvas, in the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Burn.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Do it for the two paper layers.

Deselect and merge down.

Open the tube, I've used the beautiful cats from the scrapkit, element64.

C/p in the canvas and place it in the bottom left corner of the frame.

Colorize to black and white, Remove the excess outside the frame.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Darken.

Open: element52.c/p in the canvas, resize at 90 percent- Smart Size.

Place it above the frame:

Open: element50. c/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left corner.

Open: element06. c/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left of the frame.

Open: element62. c/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Image - Free Rotate: Right - 20 degrees. Place it in the top right corner of the frame.

Open: element57. c/p in the canvas, resize at 37 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 15 degrees.

Place it in the top right corner of the frame, below the first heart.

Open: element59. c/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 25 degrees.

Place it in the top right of the frame, next the first heart.

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed. 

Place it in the right bottom corner of the frame.

Sharpen the elements and the tube. 

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the copyright info and your name, export now as a jpg or png to have a non animated tag.

To animate:

close all the layers above the frame and copy merged the open layers.

In animation shop, paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 3 frames.

Back to psp, close the open layers and open the rest (included:tube, name and copyright)

Activate the layer with the small diamonds (element52)

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Bright Noise:

Copy Merged, go to animation shop. Paste as a new animation, back to psp

undo the plugin apply again but change the intensity to: 49

Copy merged, in animation shop: paste after current frame.

back to psp and undo the plugin apply again but change the intensity to: 44

Activate the first frame and Select all, Copy. Click in the last frame: paste after current frame.

Then drag them and place it above the frame.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 13, play the animation and save if you like! :)
