Open the template. Dupliacate and close the original file.

Delete the layer:

Info

dark pink strip

dotted lines

pink circle half

Activate the layer: black rectangle.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (8). c/p in the canvas, Selections - Invert. Edit Clear.

Activate the layer: large pink strip.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (2). c/p in the canvas.

Selections - Invert. Edit Clear. Deselect.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (40). c/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent.

Place it above the rectangle. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Activate the layer: top pink strip

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (5). c/p in the canvas, Resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

c/p in the canvas, Selections - Invert. Edit Clear. Deselect.

Do the same for the layer: bottom pink strip.

Activate the layer: top right square and merge down with the layer: bottom right square.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (1). c/p in the canvas, Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

c/p in the canvas, Selections - Invert. Edit Clear. Deselect.

Activate the layer: top left square and merge down with the layer: bottom left square.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (1). c/p in the canvas, Resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

c/p in the canvas, Selections - Invert. Edit Clear. Deselect.

merge down the squares from left and right. Duplicate, activate the original layer.

Gaussian blur - Radius: 5 pixels

Duplicate again and apply: 

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique:

Activate the layer: mat

Selections - All - Float - Defloat.

Delete the layer.

Open: BIBI BIBI PINK HOPE PAPERS (1).png . c/p in the canvas.

c/p in the canvas, Selections - Invert. Edit Clear. Deselect.

Add drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 40 B: 5

My color: #4e1024

Activate the layer: circle overlay.

Selections - All - Float - Defloat. Delete the layer.

Add a new layer, flood fill with the color: #fbd5de.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Burn.

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it above the half circle.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Activate the layer: wordart.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 5 Impact -Bevel:

Duplicate the layer. In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Adjust - Add Noise:

Random

30 percent

Monochrome

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the template. 

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (25). c/p in the canvas, place it in the left bottom.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (35). c/p in the canvas, place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (44). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (78). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (66). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (43). C/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (73). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left bottom corner.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (67). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it next to the dog.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (30). C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side of the template.

Open: BIBI PINK RIBBPON ELEMENTS (33). C/p in the canvas.

Place it behind the tube.

Add more elements the tag:

Sharpen the elements, apply Shadow:

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
