Open a new image: 600x600.

Open the element: GP-51. c/p in the canvas, resize at  70 percent. Arrange it in a side, duplicate. Image - Mirror. Merge Visible.

With the magic wand, start clicking inside the mirror until you have something like this: 

Expand by 3 pixels. Open the tube or closeup, c/p as a new layer, place it above the right side mirror, Selections - invert. edit - clear and deselect.

Do the same for the left side mirror

change the blend mode to: Hard Light and the opacity to: 25

Apply shadow to the mirrors:

V: 2 H: 5

O: 55 B: 6

Make a gradient with two colors of your choice:

foreground: #620954

background: #c22891

Style: Linear

Repeats: 2

Angle: 40 

Invert: unchecked

Add a new layer and floodfill with the gradient, Apply the mask DBG_004, merge group.

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the center. 

Apply shadow:

V: -1 H: 4

O: 60 B: 4

Add the elements of your choice. I've used:

Resize, sharpen and place as desire. Colorize to match your tube if needed. Apply drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 3

O: 50 B: 4

Add your name and copyright. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
