My holy mess

Supplies Needed:

Scrap kit Holy Mess (PTU) by Bibi's Collection. You can find it here

Muras Meister Copies

Font here

Open a new image: 600x600 pixels.

Open: BIBI HOLY MESS ELEMENTS (91). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Open: BIBI HOLY MESS ELEMENTS (71). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Select the magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand: 5. 

Open: BIBI HOLYMESS PAPERS (12). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Resize if you want.

Move the layer below the frame, in the layer palette. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Duplicate. Go to: Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Cloud:

Change the blend mode to: Soft Light.

Now if you want. Open: BIBI HOLY MESS ELEMENTS (73) and replace it for the frame.

Open your tube. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize if needed. Arrange it.

Open, Copy - Paste, as a new layer, Sharpen after resize these elements from the kit:
