Open the template. Duplicate the file. Close the original.

Delete the credits layer.

Activate the background layer. the color is not important now.

Effects - Plugins - L en K landksiteofwonder - L en k's Trouble:

Colorize to match your tube if you want.

Select the magic wand:

Click in the center (once or twice) then hold the shift key and click in the left and right side:

If you don't like add or remove more parts of the background.

Adjust - Add Noise:

Random

15 percent

Monochrome

Add a new layer and don't deselect.

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout:

Deselect.

Make a gradient with two  colors from your tube:

My choice:

Foreground: #651212

Background: #bc2323

Style: Linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 1

Invert: unchecked

Activate the layer: Lines background.

Selections - All. Float. Defloat.

Add a new layer, flood fill with the gradient.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Add noise, same settings used.

Effects - Artistic Effects - Halftone:

Do not deselect yet.

Open the tube(s) you want to use. C/p in the canvas, place it above the background,

Select the part you want and if you have the same tube in another position (like me)

move it above and to have a good animation the important is to place the eyes are same place:

Selections  - Invert. Edit - Clear for each tube layer. Change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Duplicate the background and merge each background with the tube. 

Rename this layers: 1 and 2

Activate the layer: bars

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 5 Impact - Chrome:

Default setting for: Bumper Shiny Grill

Add drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 60 B: 5

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it in the right side.

Add drop shadow:

V: -1 H: 5

O: 45 B: 5

Add your name and copyright.

To animate: 

Select the layer: 1 and copy.

Open animation Shop, paste as a new animation. Back to psp, copy the layer: 2.

In animation shop, paste after current frame:

Effects - Insert Image Transition:

Cope the first frame, paste after the last frame.

highlight the second to last frame:

apply the same effect again.

I have 25 frames. If they're too much for you, cull the animation.

Back to psp. 

Copy merged the layers: background, cutout and 1 (we need it to place the animation in the right place) 

Duplicate until you have 25 frames. 

Activate the animation you did, select all the frames and drag it to your banner place it above the backgroud.

Back to psp, close this layers: background, 1 and 2.

Copy merged all the others layers: bars, tube, name, copyright, frame.

Duplicate until you have 25 frames. 

Activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

With all the frames selected, change the speed to 16. If you like save and you're done.
